Can I set different messages for different partners?

Yes. Since messages are tied to the promotion and its qualification rules, you can tailor the feedback for specific campaigns. For example, a "Student Beans" code could have different help text than a "VIP Loyalty" code.

What happens if I don't set a custom message?
